Let shocked smiley = S, pirate smiley = P

S + 2P = 40
S - P = 10 => S = 10 + P
------------
10 + P + 2P = 40 => 3P = 30 => P = 10
------------
S + 2x10 = 40 => S = 20

Shocked smiley = 20
Pirate smiley = 10

Result = 20 x 10 = 200.
